Our Experience

 

Jacquie Tewes has over 20 years experience in the community services, HR and NDIS business advisory field. Having worked with hundreds of diverse disability service providers (mainly across Allied Health), Jacquie has assisted providers with establishing their businesses, from the ground up and they are now flourishing and achieving results. Support has included NDIS Registration, developing buisness and marketing plans, networking and business development to gain referrals, HR with recruitment and training.

 

Working for some of the largest community services and NFP organisations (Australian Red Cross, Communities at Work and MEGT), I understand what it takes to be a leading provider, also through the experience I have gained working with many service providers, both large and small. I have developed great networks and relationships across key stakeholders, including including the NDIS, National Disability Services, Boosting the Local Care Workforce, NDIS Partners - Local Area Coordinators & Early Childhood Early Intervention, Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, and a host of others.

 

Having my own two businesses, has help me develop true empathy and understanding of the real work involved in running a business, from administration, management, HR, marketing and compliance. The success I've achieved has been down to the amazing clients I work with and their care for clients and quality service delivery.
